All roles are for half the meet.

Concessions (Home meets Only): 

• 1st Half of Meet Volunteers:
  • Help set up concession stand
  • Sell candy, pizza, sodas, etc.
• 2nd Half of Meet
  • Sell candy, pizza, sodas, etc.
  • Help with concessions breakdown

Bullpen: 

• Line swimmers up for events
• Keep track of meet progress; update flip chart with which events should report to Bullpen
• Communicate progress to Starter for Bullpen announcements

Timers: Time events and provide timesheets to runners

Runners: Take timesheets to Ribbon Table

Ribbon Table: Update Meet Maestro with event times from timesheets

Stroke Judge:  Watch each event and note swimmers who are not performing strokes correctly.
